The location was perfect - the property felt like an Oasis and it was just a short and pleasant walk to downtown Hamilton. The staff were exceptional and made us feel at home. We made use of the lounge space and especially enjoyed the wine hour each evening, which was a great opportunity to chat with staff and meet other vacationers staying at the hotel. "

"Our trip with the Reefs exceeded our expectations. The location, food, staff and hospitality are second to none. Solaris was amazing. We also loved our Tea time and finger sandwiches at 4 each day. We celebrated New Years Eve and rang in the New Year with David Dodwell Sr. (The owner) and a New Years dip in the ocean - the hotel community also happened to save a sea turtle that washed up on shore- caught in netting at the same time. A great way to ring in a New Year. We will be back!"

"Hotel about 10 minutes walk to town. Very good stay, clean and comfortable room, beautiful garden, helpful employees. Visitors, do not walk to Admiralty Park, the roads dangerous for walking, take a taxi. Also do not go to the Dockyard after 3:30 PM, it closes down after 5 PM, except on Wednesday for the bonfire."

"Rooms were adequate, need a little TLC but ok. Lobby and restaurants were great. Staff very helpful and polite. Beach is beautiful in a protected bay. All Inclusive was worth it if not leaving the resort and included water equipment rentals. Had a gorgeous unanticipated paddle around the bay which made my my stay."
