Grotto Bay is a wonderful place to stay. This was our 3rd time staying there and plan on going back next year. From the front desk, the staff that seats you at your table, the servers, the bartenders,I can't say enough. Highly recommend.

8/10 Very good

The staff was great. I'd give them an A+. The resort itself is a bit outdated. I am not a drinker so it wasn't worth it for me to all the all inclusive option but when you aren't an all inclusive customer it still would be nice to have some complimentary coffee in the lobby or bottled water. Overall it was a nice stay.

We had never considered Bermuda for a vacation, but work took us there. What beautiful island. Grotto Bay was a wonderful place to stay. They had a great beach, and it was a really fun experience to swim in the cave.

Having stayed at this resort previously, it was an easy decision to book here again. We did the all inclusive package and were satisfied with both breakfast and lunch. The dinners were good as well but we expected a bit more. The facility is well maintained and the staff is very helpful. If anyone decides to engage in the spa/massage you will not be disappointed, the cave massage is extremely soothing and you will come out feeling outstanding. All in all, this was a great vacation.

The resort was a perfect relaxing trip for my family. All the staff were friendly, very pleasant and helpful. We loved the beach, the water sports, and the Cathedral cave was a unique and very nice part of the resort. I recommend the All inclusive option. It was really convenient and included bus and ferry passes for the island. The beds were very comfortable too.

Staff were outstanding, food was great. I do think they need more beach chairs/umbrella's and a bigger pool/hot tub for how many rooms they have.

GrottoBay makes for a relaxing and beautiful holiday. It's five minutes from the airport (fantastic) but you don't hear the airplanes. It's low-key, quiet, and the staff are attentive and friendly.

Beautiful grounds on a hill overlooking the bay. Close to the airport and close to scooter rental - which we used to explore the entire island. Staff was phenomenal, extremely friendly. Good food - we did breakfast and dinner plan - and good entertainment after dinner. We took advantage of a couples spa in the underground caves on the property, it was fantastic. Can’t wait to go back.
