"I had a lovely stay in Shangri-la Sydney. Thank you so much to make my stay memorable, especially the staff in here celebrated and enlighted my 10 years anniversary with special care. (Champaign & snack, warm care) The view was wonderful. I didn't want to go outside. Just stayed in the room and enjoyed the harbor view during the most of my stay. Thank you so much again, and when I come back to Sydney again, I'll definately stay in Shangri-la! No need to hesitate :)"

"easy checkin with friendly and professional team excellent breakfast as well as a breakfast box on our checkout day for early departure Cafe -machine was cleaned early so no coffee after 8.15pm which I thought was odd. Central to shopping, darling harbour and light rail. There is a steep hill to shopping area if you have some mobility issues. Loved our stay"
