Our stay and breakfast were excellent. Front desk, breakfast and cleaning staff were courteous and helpful. Loved the location. I am giving it a 3-star for cleanliness because I spotted and killed a cockroach in the bathroom. Management should work on controlling and eliminating it.

We had a great time at Song Hotel. We asked to change room, and the staff member at the reception was very helpfull about the whole thing. We loved the room: modern, clean and quiet. The hotel is close in location to public transportation, or walking to sights and local neighborhoods. The breakfast was very good, and the staff was all around extremely kind.

Quiet restful outlook onto the leafy courtyard. Staff dealt with us in a genuinely friendly manner. Room was just enough, good size and Brekky was a generous and welcoming touch. Love their philosophy too. Will recommend to friends etc especially as an overnighter.
