We arrived at the Poli after a long day driving. It was a wonderfully pleasant surprise. It is clear they have a lot of pride in their hotel; room was spacious and comfortable; staff friendly; priced great; breakfast was fresh with lots of choices. We did not want to drive in Milan so parked at a nearby metro station and it was very easy to get right downtown with no hassles. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again.
We have been to Milan 15 times and always stayed in 5 star hotels at a big price.. Spadari-four stars and a very fair price- is a great Hotel. Do have dinner there. A small menu, but excellent.
About a mile from the central station and 1.5 miles from the Duomo, we appreciated the easy access and the quiet of this wonderful hotel. The rooms are artistically decorated and lots of free and high quality food is served throughout the day. Would definitely recommend this place and return to it if I was back in Milan
I based my booking on the free airport shuttle. The hotel exceeded my expectations! We arrived by train. The hotel is about a 10 min walk from the train station. There's a short section walking along a busy road (no sidewalk, but a trail), but an easy walk. The hotel room was basic and clean. Comfotable bed, spacious bathroom, some rooms have balconies. Ramesh was very helpful! We arrived before check-in time and we only waited a little while before our room was ready and he answered all our questions and didn’t make us feel bad because we spoke little Italian. You have to remember customer service isn’t the same as it is in the US so you have to be reasonable but they did an excellent job.
I had a wonderful stay at the Lancaster Hotel. I realized on arrival (after traveling for nearly 24 hours!) that I had lost my passport and the concierge was so kind and helped to call the cab company to try to find it. The room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was lovely and delicious. All the staff were lovely. I would not hesitate to come here again and would recommend to anybody. The only downside is it a little distance to the nearest metro stop but there is a tram that goes...

This hotel is only a three minute walk from Milano Centrale Station which is very convenient. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and spoke English. The room was a good size and was very clean. The only to keep in mind is that the shower is small and would not accommodate someone of a larger size. Luckily my wife and I are not big people so it was okay. Would definitely recommend staying here.

I had seen this hotel from the outside during my last trip to Milan and was curious to try it so I booked a 3 nights stay and I don't regret at all! The hotel is a classical one with warm and comfortable style. The lobby is very welcoming with excellent customer service at the reception and at the bar corner. The room was very comfortable and clean with a spacious bathroom.

This hotel was honestly one of the best ones we’ve stayed in during our Italy trip! Check-in was smooth and the staff were very helpful! The building was very modern which I was also grateful for (there was air conditioning available to us unlike our other hotel). I would definitely love to stay with this hotel again!
