"Breakfast was good. Room accommodations were not as booked and no adjustments made. Luckily one on my family members didn’t travel with us so having one less bad than we were supposed to have wasn’t a major problem. Booked a bedroom suite with two queens and a pull out couch. Received a studio suite with a king bed and pull out couch. No power in the room when entering at check in….power breaker was off in the room. Fixed that and mentioned to front desk and they said they would note it. Waited an hour for extra pillows to be delivered to the room for the pull out couch. Overall I will not recommend as the hotel wasn’t full at all, no adjustments or credits made to lessen the false accommodations. "
