Clean rooms, great parking and the staff was super friendly. We had the family room and it was great for our crew! Loved that we didn’t have to share bathrooms with the kids. I would definitely return as it’s so close to Kitzbuhel but half the price.

It’s a strange looking hotel, but really nice on the inside. Staff goes above and beyond. The snow chamber must be experienced, especially during a heat wave; I think it is supposed to go with the sauna.
No kitchen in our room. Room was clean but we only had the cleaner come in twice in 6 nights. View was fabulous. Comfortable bed. Staff was super nice and helpful.
My only complaint was that the Expedia site reported that this property has a hot tub but it does not. I am not sure whether the error is on the part of Expedia or the hotel, but I wanted to point that out.
