When we arrived there was a hiccup at airport / rental car. I was very concerned but called Thisbee. She calmed me, explained options, and was a trusted colleague. The owners went well above their “jobs” to assure our stay was perfect, and it was.

The property and the room are perfectly kept. The bed and pillows are comfortable and the AC gets nice and cold. We enjoyed the pool in the evenings after spending some time sunning on Ocatal Beach.
We love this hotel. It is a short walk to the beach, offers great facilities and had a great restaurant, all at a very reasonable nightly rate. During our stay the hotel had live music several nights. No worries about what to do, the hotel can arrange excellent tours to meet every desire. We loved the staff. They were very friendly, always helpful, knowledgeable, and treated us like family. Villa del Sueno will be our go to stay for a mid winter break in the future.

You are a 20 minute walk to the main city center. I would highly recommend listening to the advice of the hotel staff and walk along the beach. The walk along the road would not be recommended, especially at night.

This property is beautiful especially for the price. Staff was very accommodating and quick to help. The large ceiling to floor windows provide an absolutely amazing view. Beds are comfortable. Food was good! Beautiful hotel grounds and easy beach access with lounge chairs. Staff is happy to help.
El lugar, el apartamento, la decoracion, la comodidad de las camas todo super super bien. La cercania con todo fue formidable y la seguridad tambien. Volveria sin ninguna duda si me toca ir por esas playas de nuevo.
It’s a beautiful place to visit. The view is amazing, the food is actually great. My only displeasure was they didn’t have tv BUT that just means you’ll have more reason to connect with family, wife/husband or what ever friends you came with.

My husband and I were married at the Four Seasons at Disney in Orlando April 2015 so we had high expectations for the Four Seasons Costa Rica and we were not disappointed!! I mentioned on our reservation through Expedia that this was our first wedding anniversary trip and we received champagne and chocolate covered roses in our room upon arrival, champagne at lunch when our waiter just so happened to ask if we were there for a special occasion and champagne at dinner later that night as it was...
Great location near restaurants and beach. Good support when I needed help with a car , problem with water from above unit...people showed up to assost. Also security on premise does a great job of making sure things stay safe in the gated complex.
