The property is absolutely stunning and so close to the beach and main part of town. The breakfast is good and convenient and the rooms are a decent size. Our main issues were that there were big cracks in between the door frames and walls so it was fairly easy to see into rooms and bathrooms, the mattresses were very firm and springy, the pillows were very flat, and it was incredibly easy to hear every noise outside. The AC worked well, the grounds felt safe and secure, and the pool was warm and clean. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here but just make sure to bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper and maybe ask for an extra pillow!

Super cool small place with GREAT people. Everything was clean, the pool and shady area was great, and the amazing flora around the property is beautiful. The LOCATION was the best, situated at the end of a secluded street with almost no traffic and the beach literally a 2 minute walk around the corner. The staff were very kind and happy to help with anything.

Beautiful landscaped grounds, made if feel like you were in a jungle resort. All kinds of creatures with howler monkeys in trees just off out balcony the highlight. Great breakfast and the staff were amazing. Great pool as well. 1 block from the beautiful beach with great walking along the ocean to Playa del Coco.

This is a wonderful hotel. They organised our transfer from the airport and we were able to buy breakfast when we arrived and use the pool until our room was ready in the afternoon. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach and 20 minute walk to the town, although there are lots of restaurants closer. The staff were very friendly and we really enjoyed our stay. We would highly recommend Hotel Villa Del Sol.
