Hotels in Cole Bay

"I would love to give 5 stars, the resort was nice, clean for the most part and food was good except for at The Mix, which we had to pay an extra $45 per person for as it was not included in our AI package. The resort as a whole was very short staffed which caused all staff to be over worked and most not so friendly. Most staff members never smiled when approached whether it be at checkin or front desk in general, or at all restaurants and bars. There were a few exceptions where certain staff members were very friendly and always took care of us and that was only a few at the Pure Ocean restaurant."

"Some of the staff was super helpful and attentive but some were the complete opposite. Foe example our room safe didnt work and after calling sever times, they replaced it 4 days later. The restaurant staff is super slow, an order can take up to 2 hours for a burger and fries. the experience itself is very relaxed and unassuming, here are no daily events or activities to write about. They also charged us a daily fee for a folding bed which also took a day to come to our room."

"This was our first stay in Saint Martin. It was just one night, as we were going on a 7 day catamaran trip. The property was very nice, sandy beach with palm trees on the water side along with a large Tiki style restaurant. We really enjoyed the atmosphere, food and accommodations. The staff were friendly and helpful!"

"Partial Ocean View, kitchen had everything that was needed, room cleaned daily and beach was beautiful. Close to many restaurants,and a grocery store. Would stay again."

"Enjoying the Caribbean is always a crap shoot, Oyster Bay at this time of year was definitely a mix of good and bad. The counter staff was horrible but the bar and cleaning crews were so great!!!! I think this was the first time I have been hung up on in years but the actual staff that did the work were amazing. Poor customer service but great service, if that makes sense. If you want to relax this is the place, if you’re looking for a little action I don’t recommend Oyster Bay at this time of year."
