"The location is very rural and quiet. The hotel rooms are fine however the bathrooms are dated. Our room and our friends room had hairs all over the bathroom floor and in the bath so it was not clean enough. We had booked the restaurant for dinner and it was not busy when we arrived. However it took about 1h 30 for our food to arrive. We ended up cancelling our starters because it all took so long. I pointed out that a couple next to us who arrived after our table were served all their courses...

It is called out as a spa hotel and the facilities are quite small and some basics were not provided in the rooms that I’d expect at a place calling itself a hotel and spa (like body lotion), but the bed itself was comfortable, the balcony view nice and clean. "Picture perfect little chalet hotel. Everything you would expect for a winter stay. Super easy to get to the slopes with the shuttle bus (it takes 5min and runs every 15min) "

"The Nature was wonderful at the mountains, we visited Lac de Valley it was wonderful too. We was 2 adults with 2 x children, they enjoyed the swimming pool as well 👍

"Amazing location, 3 min easy walk from the main square and downtown ski lift.
Basically it is hard to think of a smoothest experience with everything you need to do and enjoy walkable in a few minutes.
Incredible spa and breakfast. Rooms are maybe not 5 stars but it is largely compensated by the place in general, the spa and the incredible location"
