Don't let other people deceive you, this was a great hotel. I went during low season (January 14-17) and me and my husband were probably one of the few there. I have heard that during high season gets busy there but I don't like crowds. The staff lets you be and go wherever you want to. They are sweet and polite. Amazing stay at Bermuda , huge room and bathroom with tub was great . ocean view room . The pools and the beach everything was great the staff were very helpful. 10 min drive from the airport was defenty great especially when your not ready to leave paradise. You can take Buses for $3.50

The owner are just the nicest family! So is the evening lady, Latisha. We forgot one of our carry-ons in our room and noticed it at the airport during check-in. If you’re looking for a deal this ain’t the place, you have to pay the cost to experience the luxury. That being said we were extremely pleased with how everything was, considering they are a new hotel with staffing issues. Location is absolutely breathtaking, maybe one of the most beautiful places I’ve been to. Every single bite of food is gourmet and delicious.
