The staff are very helpful and respectful, the rooms are clean, bedding fresh and crisp, and the hotel easy to navigate. "Wonderful location very close to the river. It was right downtown across the street from the botanical gardens and within walking distance of cafes and bars. The hotel has a nice laundry room and the staff were great. We left a few items in a drawer and picked them up on our way back through. Definitely recommend."

The staff is very friendly, the premises are clean and comfy including a small kitchen, a washing machine and dryer. There is a pool with controlled temperature and a small gym.
We stayed here our first stay in Brisbane and my husband was very upset I hadn't booked it on our return when we came back just to catch our flight back to the states. I booked next to the airport and won't make that mistake again.
The hotel is very nice. I specifically booked this hotel because it stated on the booking website that it had an airport shuttle; highlighting this as "a rare find". Very disappointed to find on our arrival that it did not have a shuttle and cost an additional $80 in transport fees.
Our room was a fabulous king suite with balcony views. The location was excellent. We stayed just one night before flying out the next morning so we did not have time to enjoy the hotel as much as we'd like.
I had booked a hostel and could no longer take sharing a room. Hostel single rooms are the same as a nice room in a hotel. Hotel Diana was a breath of fresh air. The apartment was clean, quiet, and spacious. The location is very convenient, with many nearby restaurants, and grocery stores, and a quick 10 minute walk to the South Bank parklands, 25 minutes walk to downtown. The area felt very safe, and we enjoyed using the pool and BBQ area amenities. The only thing to note is that there are limited supplies provided (enough for 2 dishwasher and 2 laundry loads) and no basics such as oil, salt, or pepper, so if you're booking for a longer stay or planning...
This place is a gem. The room was modern. Spacious and very clean. Check-in was very easy and fast. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We flew in from overseas and had to get Rapid Antigen Covid test kits but because we came in very late it would've been impossible to find a place to go buy these test kits late at night. This was probably the nicest apartment we’ve stayed at. Very spacious, clean, and the views are unbeatable. It was a perfect location and we would highly recommend it. We’ll plan to stay here again next time we’re in Brisbane!
I cannot say enough about how wonderful my stay was. The staff were brilliant, kind and helpful. The hotel room was beautiful and had everything you would expect and more. The in-room dining for dinner and breakfast was first class. Thank you for such a restful and first class experience.
