Great and beautiful place. Completely at ease as safe to walk around and people are soooo nice. Although there was every amenity for tourists, I never felt pressured. The shopping in the old town is amazing. The mountain villages are picturesque.

Lovely town, but Greece in general does not accommodate handicap people well
"Beautiful property, great breakfast buffet, pool was very nice. Beach was also very nice. Fantastic location.
Only negative was the Wifi was very poor and needs to be improved."
"I stayed at Theartemis Palace for two nights during a longer trip to Crete and found it to be an excellent base for exploring Rethymno. The hotel is well-located, just a short walk from the charming old town, making it easy to enjoy the area's rich history and vibrant atmosphere. The property itself is stylish, well-maintained, and offered a high standard of comfort throughout my stay. Overall, a pleasant and convenient choice for anyone visiting this part of Crete."
"Amazing experience overall. Great check in, great room, great space for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Cold bottle of wine, fruit and water in the fridge and amazing breakfast. Staff also supper friendly. One of the best bookings I’ve made on hotels.com for my family (who tend to be picky) "
"Everything was outstanding during our stay. Would highly recommend stopping in for a few days. Thank you to all the staff that worked so hard to make our stay a memorable one."
