" Everything was excellent frome the check in process to the upgrade of my room. But let's me inform you my feedback in a points. - The air conditioning in the reception area and main restaurant was not functioning optimally. - The food variety was excellent, but the taste could be improved. - The pool area could benefit from more lounge areas and additional sun umbrellas. "An amazing hotel! My room was clean and seemed brand new. I had an ocean view. Breakfasts and dinners were great. The location right at the jetty was so great. Snorkeling and diving were right there. The staff was wonderful. I wished I had longer than 3 days! I would definitely return. And many people I spoke to had been going for years."

"A nice vacation on the beach. Nice beach but very small for the number of people. Food was good but need more varieties. Service is perfect. Animation team is great."

"I was excited to check out this new property but was not as pleased as I would have liked. The room was VERY dusty and our feet got very dirty just walking around. They also put us in a shady back corner swim up on my literal birthday… the dinner buffet was a zoo and had no ambiance, the lights were so bright it was impossible to stay in the room for long. I knew the beach was mainly reef but it all just felt a bit lacking. It has a lot of potential and could be a great spot with some more care for detail. Check in was clunky and our driver was the one to help with our bags etc. instead of the many staff up front. I hope they get it together quickly!"

"This is a very nice resort with three swimming pools, four restaurants, a large beach and beach front bars. As our suite had an individual pool, we did not spend much time around the large public pools. We did use the gym which had sufficient equipments for a workout. Buffet offered large selections. Room was comfortable. If we come back to the Red Sea, we will stay at this resort again. "
