"Al Alamein hotel is one of the luxury hotels in Marasi. The staff are well trained and very friendly. Breakfast had so many options from Egyptian cuisine and continental breakfast. I have been there in the off season however I was able to swim and enjoy the beach. The sea is clear and clean with white soft sand. Everyone is well trained in their field. I had a perfect stay after all."

"This property is beautiful. I regularly stay at Emaar properties around the world, and this one was just as impressive. However, the room service food was very disappointing. We ordered room service twice, and both times the food was undercooked. Despite this, the front desk refused to waive the charges, and the hotel manager didn’t offer any resolution. Instead, he claimed the plates were empty when returned, which was simply not true. This was such an unnecessary issue that could have been handled much more professionally—especially by a brand of this caliber.
Aside from that, the rest of the experience was wonderful—especially thanks to Thorya and Adham, who were amazing."
