"Very nice facility with excellent service at front desk. The airport shuttle is very convenient and had no trouble making a 7AM departure. The breakfast is super and starts at 5Am. This is an ideal hotel to use if you have an early flight the next morning or are arriving late to Bilbao Airport. It is not close to central Bilbao."

"Location, location! We took the train to Bilbao and the hotel is only minutes walk from the station. Then beyond that, we could walk pretty much everywhere in Bilbao. We had high street shopping on our doorstep and a 5min walk over the river to the old town. The apartment was spacious and homely with everything we needed. You are very self-contained as the whole process is self check-in. Just note there is very limited luggage storage, so would recommend only arriving after the check-in time."

"The location is amazing,nestled in the heart of old town with bars and food places just downstairs and the metro just afew steps away. The acoustics of the place was remarkable with double layers of Double glazed windows which really shut the noise of the streets away so we could rest in peace. The room is well renovated so it looks nice and modern. Highly recommended."
