The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. I was upgraded to a King suite before and after my ski trip. The room was big and warm. My daughter and I enjoyed a wonderful mother/daughter trip. This is my "go to" hotel each time I visit her because of the close proximity to restaurants and local stores to stock up on food and necessities. It is an hour away from our favorite ski resort, Keystone. I will be back!

My partner and I fell in love with this hidden gem, and frequently return for getaways from summit county. Whether we are going to a red rocks show, or running errands in Denver- once we discovered Cliff House, we have never stayed anywhere else! However. We've always paid about $200 a night which is a fair price for the cottages we've chosen... I tried to book a night in April, and it is over $400! That is really disappointing as that price is not reasonable, and I will not be able to return...

I have to say that this stay was very pleasant. We were on the top floor and used the elevator closest to parking area. It was very convenient. It's quiet which was wonderful and we had a nice view. Loved the retro look of the place and the cute frig in the room. The hair products and hand soap&lotion smelled great--- loved the look of the sink. There isn't a closet, but there is an area by the door that has a steel rod coming down from the ceiling to hang clothes and a steamer. There's a coffee...

Even though this hotel was in the Denver Tech Center…it was perfect for our family vacation. This was the quietest hotel I have ever stayed in. The location was perfect for our excursions as we went into Denver and Colorado Springs. Hotel was very close to the main freeway (25) which made our day trips very easy. Shopping and restaurants were very close. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was basic but good enough to start the day.
