Loved the privacy and themed out cottages. Breakfast was excellent! Surrounding area had stunning views and great hiking! We went to a show at Red Rock Amphitheater and the shuttle service to & from the venue was easy to arrange and well worth the added expense. We stayed in the Atlantis. The cottage and property was warm, inviting and eclectic The room was adorable. There is an alcove with a queen bed, a small "living area" with a chase lounge, table, chairs and fireplace, another area with the jacuzzi tub and kitchenette (fridge, microwave, plates, cups, silverware, coffee, tea) and a spacious bathroom, The property has several themed cottages plus a large covered porch and additional open room with a lots of seating and games. There is an adorable white husky who roams the property. We stayed here for it's proximity to Red Rocks amphitheater. We rented electric bikes from a place next door and rode the bikes around Red Rocks. I was really happy we did because we expected to walk to our concert since it's only 1.6 miles away but it's all uphill. We took the property shuttle ($20 pp) to the concert and walked back. The walk back was tricky - flashlight and GPS required - but an adventure and I would do it again. Breakfast at the nearby restaurant was delicious. We both had omelets, I had the beans and hubby had the hashbrowns as our sides - both were good and kept us going until an early dinner. The restaurant opened an hour latter than what is posted on the Cliff House Lodge website. We got up and went to breakfast about 8:15. When we got there it was closed. The restaurant did not open until 9:00. Overall, it was a wonderful stay. It's the kind of of place I wish we had extra time to just hang out on the property.
