Even I had some problems in the beginning, everything was settle and I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The Suite Prestige are great, I don't have words to describe the swimming pool, it is amazing. We had All In, the food was nice, the Hotel General Manager is always around especially during the lunch barbecue time. It was a great experience and we are looking for going back to Concorde Green Park Palace.

The staff at the hotel were exceptional. They were very welcoming, giving us a basket of fruit in our room to begin our stay. Our room was very quiet and had a lovely balcony that overlooked the promenade. The hotel was very close to the beach promenade, which we visited several times. It was also close to the Sousse Medina and the train station. If we go back to Sousse, we would definitely stay there again.l

A nice facility with well-kept grounds and a spacious, light lobby. Very clean inside and out. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was good and offered a good variety. No smoking was allowed in the restaurant, which was nice from a non-smoker's viewpoint, however the lobby became quite smoke-filled after dinner when we wanted to play cards with other guests - not pleasant!
