The stay at Welk Northstar was amazing! They supplied just about everything you need from kitchen to laundry room & bathrooms of course. It was just my husband and myself in the two bedroom villa and it was so beyond spacious! We stayed during off season so if you are wanting to enjoy the village it is very sparse. We only went down to Starbucks and cooked our own food so for us it wasn’t a problem. The only thing I wish they would change are pool hours, we’re early birds and 9am is kind of late...

Arrived to hotel at 4:15PM for check-in. Reception tell us the room is not ready for check-in and ask us to wait at the living room and gave us free tickets to get drinks at the bar. Got the keys to the room one hour later. When we check-out and asked for 1-hour late check-out but only given 1/2 hour for later checkout.
Great location right in the village. Large room with all amenities. Actually too big for just a couple. You feel like a timeshare owner here without all the commitments. Way better than a standard hotel room. We will be back.
