"clean, ammenities and airport shuttle. Geraldo was wonderful. Both Shuttle drivers to and from the Airport were outstanding customer service. Great ammenities."

"The rooms were very very dirty. We were given our first room and there were food crumbs, in bunches, all over the front of the bed. Lots of crumbs were underneath the bed. You could just tell that there was no vacuuming happening. The bathroom had tons of hair. After displaying our concern, they gave us a second room, only to find the bed sheets NOT changed, full of stains, hair and dirt. Then they gave us the 3rd room and that was OK, not the cleanest but OK. It was already past 11PM and we were beyond tired. Terrible place to stay. Very very dirty,."

"This hotel was a great gem in the middle of downtown Salem. We enjoyed being able to walk to almost every point of interest. The room was spacious and chic. The shower was a bit small and parking was horrendous. The hotel host a lot of events so that contributed to the abundance of people in the area but we eventually got a spot toward the evening. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here."

"No luggage rack! Not well decorated room. Chargers on lamp didn't work. Lighting is way too bright and bathroom vent way too loud! Tub floor was slippery and no safety bars in the shower. No one at front desk when I had a question. Terrible parking when it rains as alot of the pavement seems to get flooded. Loud music from the bar until pretty late. Only one door in and out and some of the rooms are far far away from the main door. Also no elevator if you have heavy suitcases so you have to lug them up the creaky rather steep stairs. I've stayed at this property years ago many times; it has undergone a "modern" vibe but has gone downhill in many ways in my opinion. However, excellent location for walking around the lake or paying extra for a lake view. All in all a very mediocre motel with too high prices on wkends."
