Opened 6 months ago in a new building! Smallish rooms are very clean and modern. Parking out front is adequate. Owner speaks decent English and was very helpful to us to help solve an unrelated problem. Good breakfast - more suited to local tastes as this town doesn't get a lot of foreign tourists.
My wife and I stay in hotels around Uzbekistan around the 50 dollar price point. This honestly was the best hotel we have stayed in for that cost. The AC works well to cool the room, the beds are clean, the bathroom is large with hot water that stays a constant temperature. The staff is very kind and helpful and the views are incredible from the rooftop. There are plenty of tables and space to grab your favorite drink and watch the sunset.
I loved loved loved this place. The architectuire of it and room quality are really high. Breakfast fantastic - much above par. Owner helped a lot on things - great guy. This is a bit of a jewel really.

Helpful staff helped me organize a half-day trip and gave good restaurant recommendations. Solid breakfast buffet. Most places within the city seem like pretty small family-run guesthouses. This hotel steps away from Ichan Kala was a really good choice for us. Facilities were new and comfy, staff wasn't always attentive and helpful, and breakfast was delicious.

This is a huge hotel. Given that we travelled during off peak season, we practically had the e tire hotel to ourselves.
The staff made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was served daily - this is no buffet service. They had breakfast for us and it was a personalized service.
The Front Desk Manager was super helpful in directing and guiding us during our stay.

It was an excellent & fairly conveniently located hotel for exploring the old city. It's a bit of a long walk, but a quick & cheap taxi ride. The staff was also very kind & helpful, though clearly inexperienced with dealing with online reservations so the check-in process did take a bit of time. Also the room wasn't the cleanest. It wasn't bad—all the surfaces were clean & the sheets fresh—but, for example, the rugs in the bathroom had hair, & the harder to reach places had dust, so clearly the...
This is an excellent facility to stay. It gives you the feeling of living in an Uzbeck home and not in a hotel. In fact it is a guest house. Very well matined and land lady available 24 hours to help. She takes care of you as a guest by sending fruit plate or a glass of juice when you come back from a day out.
