A beautiful hotel in the middle of the old citadel. Fabulous renovation that has retained original features like the well that sits in the centre of the restaurant. Breakfasts are delicious with the chance to sample local food, as well as fruit, yoghurt and pastries. Location is brilliant, within the mud brick walls of the ichon-qala. Rooms are comfortable and well appointed. Reception are friendly and super helpful.

Really convenient boutique hotel located near to the Itchan-kala, walking distance of 5 minutes at most. Staff us helpful in arranging transfer to Urgench Airport. Room is basic but functional. It is understandable since it is located on such historical site. Only problem would be the address published on expedia is wrong. I ended in some residential area near to it and it took another 10 minutes to actually arrived at the hotel. Hopefully it can be rectified soon. Thank you!

Overall, we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Although we arrived about two hours before check-in, the staff kindly let us into the room early as it was already prepared, which we really appreciated. The room was different from what we had originally booked, but it was more than sufficient. The room itself was spacious, clean, and tastefully designed. It was a very cold day, but the heating worked perfectly, and we stayed warm and comfortable throughout our stay. The terrace had some materials stored on it, but the view was still great—we were able to enjoy a beautiful view of the city and watch the sunrise. The breakfast selection was also more than adequate, offering a satisfying start to the day.

We had a wonderful stay at Oasis al Khiva and would gladly recommend it. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always available and happy to assist with any questions. They provided excellent restaurant recommendations, which really enhanced our experience in Khiva and made our stay feel more personal and welcoming. The breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of options and everything kept very clean and well prepared. It was one of the highlights of our stay. Our room was comfortable, clean, and—most importantly—warm, which made a huge difference given the freezing temperatures in January. After long days outside, it was great to return to a cozy room. Overall, Oasis al Khiva offered great hospitality, comfort, and value, and it played a big role in making our time in Khiva so pleasant.

The staff were kind and very accommodating. The room was nice. Clean and good value. The WiFi worked decently well. The air conditioning worked well. The breakfast was very good. Location is very convenient. Only thing to be improved is that the roof could be developed more with nice tables and chairs to hang out at. It would be nice to have breakfast up there too.

Ce séjour a été le "highlight of our trip". Ce boutique hôtel est géré par une famille tout simplement adorable et serviable. Le patron parle un français parfait et le reste de la famille qui gère l'accueil parle anglais. Situé en plein cœur de la citadelle de Khiva, l'emplacement est idéal car au calme. La terrasse donne une vue de la citadelle époustouflante. Les chambres sont décorées avec goût. Il y a une bouilloire et un réfrigérateur. La smart TV est très appréciable. Le petit-déjeuner inclus est extrêmement raffiné avec uniquement des produits locaux. Leur machine a café fait un très bon cappuccino ! On voit qu'ils sont fiers de leur héritage et de leur ville et ils ont bien raison ! Enfin, l'application Yandex ne fonctionnant pas sur nos téléphones, on nous a commandé le taxi sans aucune surcharge. Merci infiniment pour ce séjour !

Alles super. Mega service. Sehr sauber. Sehr hilfsbereit. Es ist innerhalb der inneren Burg, somit 3-5 Minuten Fußweg zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir hatten 2 Einzelbette gebucht und diese wurden netterweise zu einem Kingsize Bett zusammengeführt (ohne Lücke in der Mitte). Nichts negatives. 100% Empfehlung.

Buon boutique hotel, situato nella cittadella storica di Khiva. La camera era confortevole e pulita e i gestori molto gentili. Siamo arrivati prima dell'orario di check-in e ci hanno offerto qualcosa da bere. Le cose che non mi sono piaciute sono la colazione, sia per varietà che qualità (alcune cose forse erano preparate la mattina presto e non erano più molto buone quando le ho mangiate), e il fatto che lo scarico della vasca/doccia fosse totalmente otturato. In generale comunque ci tornerei.
