The staff were really committed to good customer service - a special shout out to Monica, who was so friendly and attentive whilst serving breakfast. I would've thanked her in person but she finally had a day off and it was our last day(!)
If the pool had been heated then the stay would've been perfect 👌 (but this was April)"

I can not say enough good things about the quality of the hotel, the professionalism of the staff, and the other amazing guests whom stayed at the hotel. The Metropole itself is not only stunning, but the view overlooking Taormina is breathtaking. They have a variety of different types of rooms to choose from to suit your needs. The surrounding area is a plus being so central...

"Stunning palazzo with historic charm and incredible views of the sea and the Etna.
Valet parking was available and easy to access as the palazzo is located in the pedestrian area.
We booked an executive junior suite for family of 3, the sofa bed is small/twin size, which was a little surprising to me but the view made up for it.
We only had breakfast in the restaurant which looked beautiful but we usually prefer to walk around and try something outside of the hotels."
