The property is beautiful with a pool and jacuzzi. The staff was quite helpful and informative. The view is good but a little noisy outside since it is above the autostrada. We did not use the spa or eat there. We ate an excellent meal in Messina Cento and walked to the Duomo afterwards. We were surprised by the active nightlife.

Villa Pulejo is a restored mansion that is beautifully manicured and very nice rooms. They are across the highway from the ocean but you can see it from your room. They have a very good buffet breakfast each day with a variety of items. We used their pool which was also convenient and a great amenity. The Villa seems very popular for weddings in addition to being a hotel. We were about 15 minutes from downtown Messina and the best way to get there was by taxi or car rental.

Connie and Francesco personally run the property, assuring pristine facilities and service. Beautiful views of the Messina strait, overlooking the Italian coast. Dinner was served at request, excellent Sicilian cuisine. Staff ready to assist in any needs, really personal experience, felt like royals in this beautiful villa with a modern twist fully updated. Highly recommend if you visit Messina in Sicily

Beautiful villa property on a hillside overlooking the bay with the Italian mainland in the distance. This hotel is awesome! We were just staying in Messina for the night on the way to Palermo, so we weren’t expecting much given that Messina is a smaller town, but this hotel is beautiful. The hotel itself is a palace style building with beautiful gardens in its grounds. The rooms are modern and renovated, and the staff are very friendly and professional. Breakfast was included and very good. The price is low for this kind of hotel. If you are staying in Messina or in the area, it would be a mistake not to stay here!

we enjoyed very much staying at this place and we thank Elisa so much for her wonderful hospitality. the apartment in the palazzo is very convenient and right in the middle of the city. the ceiling in the bedroom is spectacular and if you are lucky you will find a free parking space in front / close to the palazzo. Elisa is a wonderful host taking care of anything one needs. excellent recommendation for ragusa !

It was a beautiful property, completely private. Wasnt sure from online but it looked like it was walkable to sea but you just can see the water. You also can not walk to other parts of town as its a gated properyy up on a hill. But the grounds are beautiful trees and flowers and bushes.
