Front office team was really bad, knowledge and communication did not appear, they could not even answer simple questions, can’t fix their own mistakes. They were not trained at all. Restaurant team looked tired of certain demographic of quests, who are demanding and rude to the staff, but once they get to know you staff was really nice. "Staff was very helpful - they were friendly and very polite. Villa rooms were very nice and bed was comfortable. Pool was a bit small for all the guests and it was too crowded at times. Food options were great. The beach was beautiful. kids club activities could be better they were all very short - the activities were done outside area rather than inside it was too hot to do anything some days. the team members for kids club should speak english and turkish at least - many of them didnt know...
