Generell war ich zufrieden. Das einzige was mich störte, war folgendes. Ich schrieb dem Hotel wie ich mit den öffentlichen Verkehrmittel sie erreichen kann. Sie redeten um den Brei herum nur mir ein Transfer im Wert von 130€ zu verkaufen. Schlussentlich erreichte ich das Hotel doch mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel für 8€. Klar es ging vielleicht 1h kürzer und bequemer mit dem Transfer und für Familien ist es definitiv lohnenswert. Aber nicht für eine einzelne Person. Die Hilfsbereitschaft des Hotels fehlte mir hier. Sonst war ich mit dem Personal vor ort und mit dem Hotel zufrieden.

Fint hotell. Veldig god mat både på hotellet og stranden. Fine rom. 2 vannsklier som sønnen min på 4 likte veldig godt. Lite kveldsunderholdning, men de hadde show på nabohotellet som man kunne gå til. Ganske stille og rolig hotell som passet bra for oss. Veldig fin og barnevennlig strand som hørte til hotellet. Hyggelige ansatte, men de pratet begrenset engelsk.

Das beste an der Unterkunft ist das Personal 👍 Sehr nett und höflich. Der Weg zum Strand 2-3 min zu Fuß… wer faul ist nimmt den Transfer mit dem Golfkart … Die Unterkunft an sich ist nicht die modernste aber sauber 👌 Für kleine Familien ideal da die Pool Anlage nicht so riesig ist ,da hat man alles im Blick 👀

Kein Meerblick Standardzimmer trotz Beschreibung!!

Das gebuchte Standardzimmer (Nummer 203) hat entgegen der Hotelbeschreibung keinen Meerblick. Nach massiver Beschwerde an der Rezeption kümmerte sich der Front Office Manager, Herr Hasan Kea um eine Klärung des Sachverhalts. Die angebotene Lösung lässt sich nur als Abzocke bezeichnen. Er bot uns für 10 Euro Aufpreis ein Zimmer mit Meerblick an. Trotz mehrmaligen Zeigens der Hotelbeschreibung und des darin ausgewiesenen Meerblicks zeigte er sich nicht einsichtig und bemerkte, dass die Beschreibung auf Hotels.com fehlerhaft sei.
