Also disappointing was that one side of the toilet seat bracket was loose which meant that the seat itself moved. It was a strange experience not seeing any staff. We were given a lovely warm chocolate cookie on arrival and were able to check in by 1.30 pm which was also helpful. The upstairs bar had a small outdoor balcony with great views over the water. The choice at breakfast was excellent if a little cramped when busy as it was a help yourself. Great value stay!"
