"Great stay at this hotel. After I checked out, I didn’t realize I had left my phone in the room. The staff found it and kept it safely until I could return to collect it. I’m very grateful for their honesty and help. The location is also very convenient — close to the metro, not far from the railway station, with many restaurants nearby.
