"Breakfast was great. Staff was super nice and stay was really easy and serene. The complimentary fountain drinks at all hours is an amazing idea and just for that alone I’d be back x10. Loved my stay!!!"

"Staff was very nice. That is about it. Very tired hotel. Breakfast wasn’t good. Coffee was bad. Our room had 3 extensions cords to plug things in. Towel bar literally coming off the wall."

"Lovely historic hotel with a sweet & helpful staff. We would stay here again. The location is great, with many nice restaurants in walking distance. Also nearby is the El Paso Museum of Art, which is well worth checking out."

"Clean Room, Water temperature for shower was not very hot. The room walls have very little noise insulation as I could hear everything, All Conversations and noise. The walk over to the casino was a little too much, if it could be connected somehow in the future that would be better. For that reason I didn’t stay too late in the casino. "

"This hotel was not well maintained. I will give it high marks for location, nothing else. The staff at check in did not share about the welcome gift and was not friendly or professional. She was tending to her clothes at the front desk. The facility was dirty and no one made an effort to clean. The same snot rag on the floor of the elevator was the at check in and check out. The lobby bathroom was short on toilet paper and the outdoor space was full of smokers."

"Bathroom needed work as the hardware in tub/shower was terrible, mineralized and broken. Other then that everything was amazing and wonderful. "
