Always a pleasure to return to this hotel, it's really a great deal in an area of hyper-expensive hotels.

Great location with a lot of bars and restaurants around including local tango schools. The room are nicely don and very comfortable. They key 5 star difference is all about service. I have stayed at hundreds of hotels and this one provided the best service ever from arranging airport and ferry transfers, reservations, tickets to local events, wake up calls and preparing to go breakfasts when we left before breakfast was served. People at other hotels should stay here to find out how to better...

Stayed at this hotel for one night as couple. Central location in Palermo Soho, nice lounge area where you can hang out (even after check out!) Delicious breakfast choice, and one can order hot dishes for free (scrambled eggs or omelets) one block away from two supermarkets (Carrefour and Dia Supermercado). SUPER friendly stuff!

Customer service at the hotel was excellent. Our original room booked wasn’t available when we arrived but Katherine noticed we were unhappy about it, and unprompted upgraded our room for the other days. Rooms were very spacious and new. Clean, nice location across the park and friendly bar staff especially Felix who haves excellent restaurant recommendations. Definitely will come again.

Still at ILUM as I write this review. It's been an amazing stay, filled with courteous & thoughtful service all the way from the front desk, to room staff, to breakfast coordinator, to general manager's personalized attention. The hotel has modern conveniences, super clean, spacious. The decor is modern elegant. We will definitely return!! It would be a pleasure to see all the friendly & helpful people who are here, making sure all our needs are met. Oh, yes, almost forgot to mention the black...

Clean, nice design, comfortable bed and pillows, staff where very kind and friendly. Excellent location. I stayed there as a second time and was pleased like the first time.

We loved our stay at Krista Boutique Hotel!! The location is central to many walkable sites, great cafes and restaurants. We used the taxi service offered by the hotel when we landed and it was seamless. We also took advantage of massages by Da’hiana and Sabastian and they were the best we’ve had. The breakfast offering was delicious and the evening cocktail was a worderful way to relax for the evening before the evening explorations began. Truly a wonderful experience all the way around.

This was a great find. Location was excellent with many eateries and sights close by. Minutes from the theater district. Safe area to walk at night. The service by the hotel staff is second to NONE.

The staff is really terrific...knowledgable, helpful, friendly and English is good, too. They were very helpful in getting us started and kept us going to places and things we might not have gone to. Take their bus excursion, I think $50 in cash....better than others. Change money in blue...up the main shopping street there is a small "street Mall" with cameras in the window, go into the mall and there is an exchange room there...safe, honest, quick. Gotta have a steak (maybe more than...
