Angela was awesome! We hit caught in a horrible winter storm that caused us to be several hours late for check-in. When we did arrive, she had us all checked in. We just had to pick up the room key and go to our room. She made our arrival seamless and easy. Thank you Angela!!!💜
Only stayed 1 night but it was very nice. Room was large, comfortable, big bathroom with a deep tub/shower. Beds were comfy and the air conditioning worked great. After staying in multiple hotels this week, I really have to praise the free breakfast. The hot food was delicious.
Don't judge by the exterior. Room was excellent. I think we had a handicapped accessible room but it was very roomy with king bed. Huge shower with instant hot water and great water pressure. TV, good a/c, Keurig coffee maker, small refrigerator with little freezer. Shampoo, conditioner etc. Comfortable bed. Close to Lassen Volcanic National Park. The only downside: we were in room 1 by the highway. Need better blackout curtains. Some road noise, but not terrible.
My wife has extreme OCD that can make finding a place to stay a challenge. We've stayed in 6 different hotels so far this trip and this one was her favorite. It was extremely clean! She has a habit of obsessively checking the beds and pillows but didnt even feel the need to at this hotel. The amenities were great and we will definitely stay here again the next time we travel this way.
Gaia has updated the flooring and paint inside the rooms. I've always liked thier beds and pillows. The last time I stayed, it was looking a little neglected and I questioned if I would be back. Happy I cam back. Parking here is easy and the property always feels safe.
This is a very basic hotel which provided a comfortable, clean and safe place to spend the night on my trip. The linens were very nice and the bed was comfortable. If you're looking for something fancy you should look elsewhere. But if you're looking for excellent value and a comfortable stay this is a very good choice. It had everything I needed. Mr Patel was very helpful during check-in and making recommendations for dinners. This is a great budget stop.
Great budget option stay in Red bluff on I5 especially who is planning for visiting near Burney falls with other falls in same loop including lake Shasta tours. Rooms are well equipped with all the essential amenities but with a limited breakfast option.
Staff was extremely nice, they did have issues right before we arrived and tried calling us but I was out of service range.
Their water heater and pool went down so they offered a full refund or 45% off our stay, and were very apologetic about theissues. We choose to stay since the area was fully booked and the heat was intense so a cold shower didnt bother us, the room was really nice and very clean .
Our family would def stay here again just based off the service alone.
I like my creature comforts and usually can find a good deal at a place like the Red Lion (my favorite in Redding.) But this was a no frills trip on a strict budget, so I gave this place a try. Reviews were good, and I am a fan of Motel 6 for its clean and cheap accommodations. My ratings are based on a hotel in its class-- this isn't the Red Lion or Oxford Suites, but for the price, it is a five star place.

They came and picked me up from the Redding airport, were all so friendly and even loaned me a cell phone charger as I had left mine at home. The whole Inn was clean and very comfortable and their food is excellent!! I will stay there the next time I am in Redding!
