"The room was clean, the stay was quiet, perfect for our honeymoon. We enjoyed the Overlook hot springs, Beny’s authentic Mexican food is top notch, and the. Eon Mallard is just a short walk from the hotel. Highly recommend!"

"Very nice room outside of Pagosa Springs. I’m not a fan of self check-in, but this was the case here. All went well though. Morning breakfast was very good."

"The property is very nice and fairly new. Our only complaint was that after arrival to our room, the a/c was making a lot of noise. Called the front desk at about 4:50 pm to report the problem, only to be told maintenance was gone for the day. The next morning we went to the front desk and reported the problem again. Maintenance showed up almost immediately, said bearing going out, and I’ll replace the unit. He did, and all was good. Other than that, all was good."
