She checked me in quickly, answered every question I had with patience, and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay.
Patricia’s professionalism and kind personality stood out to me every single day. Whether it was offering local recommendations, helping with small requests, or simply checking in to see how things were going, she went above and beyond in a way that felt sincere. It’s rare to meet someone who not only does their job well, but clearly cares about the comfort and experience of each guest and Patricia is one of those people.
