We were welcomed by Mandy. She was very helpful, personable and a pleasure to deal with. She sent texts asking about our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and pleasantly quiet. This was the best hotel stay that we have had in a while.

I was pleasantly surprised by our stay at this Hampton Inn! From Billy checking us in, to Chris at check out, it was fantastic! However, it was Shantana that made our stay fantastic! She’s a joy and such a sweet lady! She gave us great recommendations and even better conversation. Whoever does the hiring at this location, bravo! We were all discussing how impressed we were with the staff on the drive home. You all truly made our stay even better. Much love from TN!

Nice location clean friendly staff

Amazing stay! Beds were super comfortable. As a person with autoimmune issues plush beds is always a high priority when traveling.

Clean, nice breakfast, complimentary coffee and water.

Small details that most people would not notice, but there was only coffee for one person in the room. The shower pressure was nonexistent. Cobwebs hanging from the ceiling over the bed. Other than that it was fine.

I was told it was a terrible place but the stay was nice I didn’t see any prostitution. They do need to place another blanket on bed.

Easy downtown and freeway access.

Super cute small hotel overlooking the historic downtown area. Our room was large and my husband loved the huge shower! We enjoyed a few drinks on the rooftop bar admiring the scenery. One word of caution- this is more of an adult hotel. No pool for the kiddos and the hotel was nice and quiet (we stayed without our kids and thoroughly enjoyed the adult atmosphere!).

Had a good time. Check-in was smooth and staff helped out whenever I needed them. Room was clean. Toilet is . . . square shaped and reminded me of Minecraft. An interesting shape for a toilet. I wish the rooms had more toiletries (like q-tips), but I understand that might be expecting too much. I appreciate the free water bottles at the reception desk.

We escaped Hurricane Irma and spent 4 nights here (we reserved for 5 but cancelled the last night). Room was large and very clean. Fridge worked great, as did microwave. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. We had our 6 month old pup with us and appreciated the large expanse of grass and sidewalks, as well as the provision of poo bags and a receptacle for them. Breakfast was hot and tasty. We used the washers and dryers for 2 loads and the hotel provided soap and dryer sheets!! Only...

Close to Down town without being directly downtown. Great food close by and plenty to do.

Had a super early flight from Huntsville and the stay at the Sheraton Four Points at the airport made for an easy, stress-free way to get away for the holidays. Great facility and friendly staff!

This place is dog friendly. We had are dog and where able to sit outside and have cocktails and meals. They even brought a bowl of water for our dog. Views are lovely.
