"The Kathryn Sullivan room was nice and spacious. The bathroom needs some work with the tub being SUPER slippery and the shower control rather iffy... The rest of the room was great with a very nice full kitchen. Very nice AC and heat systems. No real view outside but quiet green spot on the island. "

"For the age of the hotel, it was very well maintained and very clean. The staff was all very friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself was very accommodating with storing bags until our checkin time and then the day or departure as well as providing beach towels. There was life music every night in the back patio area. It is loud until 10:00-10:30 but we did not mind it as we heard it from our room and enjoyed it. Great location on the island- amazing food and drinks at the restaurant and...

"The hotel was beautiful! The grounds were immaculate and we couldn’t get enough of sitting in the garden and enjoying the views. Perfect location. Very close to all the restaurants and the beach. Friendly staff. The restaurant on the grounds was nicely decorated and the food was delicious. The chef even came out to answer a question we had and he and the waiters were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly!! Highly recommend. Will definitely return!!"

Our room had beautiful ocean views and I fell asleep every night to the sound of the waves. It was wonderful! Great breakfasts and evening wine and cookies. We loved this place and will return again! Within minutes we had picked up our keys at their sweatshirt store and had our feet up on our private balcony which made for great people watching and a cool breeze.
Room 3 on the second floor had a king size bed and great light at sunrise. We could see the Newport Bridge! It was clean and comfortable
