"Clean and resonable rate."

"Disappointed in the lack of accessible features even the front door's button to access the door coming and going didn't work and for people already struggling with bags trying to hold the door and bring bags in a struggle let alone a handicapable person. Breakfast was okay towels were refreshed but beds not made seemed bare minimum in many places. "

"Didn't look like much on the outside, but the rooms were clean and modern and the facility felt quite secure. Price was unbeatable and the touchless check-in (video chat in lobby!) was interesting. Would stay there again, no problem!"

"There was no heat in my room and the front desk clerk gave me a tiny space heater. I stayed there again the following month and, again no heat- you can hear it start up but can barely feel it coming out of the vent and the room was cold in the morning. They just redid their pool though- maybe they should have gotten the heating system working. I hear there is no air conditioning here either. Unfortunately if you are coming to Rapids to work at the hospital, this is the closest hotel."

"The hotel seemed clean and comfortable in a convenient location. The front desk (owner) was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic, but good. The overall property was nice and functionable, but a little outdated."

"Construction going on- dust and dirt everywhere. And the renovations that were done where extremely sloppy. Bathroom was not very clean. Looked liked everything was just wiped down with a dirty rag."
