"It was a great experience very comfortable. The room at the 4th floor have the best view of the scenic view of mountain side and your will not heer any floor steps. But when we are at the 2nd floor still good but can here floors steps above the calling but all and all it was great and our kids also have fun. "

"This is our third stay at the Deadwood Miners Hotel. The staff were very friendly and very pleasant. The hotel could use a little sprucing up however it’s a decent hotel for a decent price and good proximity to downtown Deadwood. The Deadwood trolley picks you up pretty much out front and takes you downtown and then drops you off when you’re ready. We would stay here again."

Unfortunately the hotel has nowhere to store luggage so we had to leave it in our vehicle on a public car park which isn't ideal. At the time of writing, August 2025, the car park is free to guests as the hotel car part is under renovation,
