"The front desk people were no where to be seen multiple times for over 30 minutes. I was having car problems after driving downstate 4 hours, my car was in the shop and wasn’t going to be out till a few hours after checkout. I explained this to the staff and asked them very nicely if I could stay in my room a bit longer, I had a lot of luggage and didn’t want to carry it all around in the car repair shop. They said no and they couldn’t help me at all and they left me stranded with my luggage."
