"We were able to get in the room with good written instructions. It was me, my husband, and 2 grandchildren, ages 10 and 12. No instructions on locking the door when leaving. Had to spend a lot of time locking up to leave for an outing.
When we opened the door the stench of cigarettes gave me a headache and was nauseating. I contacted the agency and the owner, neither were willing to do anything besides come and spray the apartment.

were treated like rock stars...oh!! And the bed was like sleeping on a cloud!! The vibe was chill and the place was great! We will definitely be back to stay and enjoy an elevated dinner along with our elevated experience 10/10! Great place!!"

"Silver Saddle Motel is minutes within walking distance to downtown Manitou Springs (only less than 5 minutes by car but you have to pay for parking). The owner is very friendly and welcoming. "This is a very new hotel probably 5 minutes from the airport. It’s actually two different hotels in the same building, the other being Homewood Suites, with guests sharing all the common amenities. Everything was very clean, quiet and modern, comfortable bed with a nice walk in shower, big TV and awesome view of Pike’s Peak. The room would be a good fit for individuals or couples but families or those on an extended stay would probably be more comfortable in the Homewood. Breakfast was great...
