"This hotel was so fun. We loved the indoor outdoor pool. We were visiting from Minnesota and loved the convenient to get on and off the highway and see all New Mexico has to offer. I was surprised how much I could hear through the conjoining door and was worried about our late comings and early going for our neighbors."

"The evening staff person was super friendly but the morning person just pointed to the box to turn in card key. Was a pleasant surprise to have a hot breakfast but feel more needs to be done in that area as it looks dirty and walls around hot food area needs a good washing. Entrance also needs a good power washing. "

"We LOVED this place. Everything was perfect! Spacious, clean, lots of options for food and drink. We hiked the Sandia Mountain and this was a perfect location for that. "

"On this stay, the hot tub was out of order the entire time. Also, the breakfast items were limited and they served the exact same items both mornings which is unusual for this property. The bacon was so undercooked that we chose to forgo it in fear of foodborne illness. The coffee now comes from an automated machine with tiny cups. I hope they can correct these management issues as we are regulars at this hotel because of the location."

"Reason I gave low reviews, the ACs unit filter was filthy was giving me horrible allergies and I’m not even that sensitive. The AC was loud and so was the fridge ( I unplugged it) . Bed was not to comfortable either . I love the location though."

"The propert was fantastic. It was the quiet time that was ignored by bus loads of highschool kids. FCCLA event was being held there. I was sleeping,when an eruption of noise filled the lobby, and my room at 10:40pm. Very startling. Eventually, the noise stopped, but it was very difficult to get to sleep after a 20 hour day."

"They did not put me in the room i paid for which had less amenities, staff needs to double check what the customer actually paid for."
