"The staff were very helpful and kind. The building was gorgeous. There was an elevator out, so it was down to just one, which was really the only drawback. The hot springs were just across the street and easy to get to. Parking was ample for our oversized travel van. Check in and out were very easy and quick, and the location was convenient. Definitely plan a stay here at least once, the historical elements are exquisite."
