"Stayed here for one night at a cost of $370 due to American Airlines flight disruptions. PGA tournament during same time period drove up room demand and made it difficult for anything near the airport."

"I would give or check in staff 5 stars-kind, helpful, efficient. I wish I had noted his name, as from that point forward we were dismissed. My elderly mother in law needed coffee in her room, and the first day had pods. They were never replaced even after requests. We were told she could buy coffee at Dunkin. She moves with a walker, so while possible would have taken the energy she needed out of her leg for the family event. It took 3 requests to get bedding for the couch and when we asked for towels at 8AM were told they were "All out". Could not store luggage and were told there was no wiggle room for even one of our rooms to check out later. Oh, and I got to assist with a community member who was having a problem in the public restroom and had to get security. We had 8 nights between 3 rooms. Well over $3000 for this stay and we had to claw for basic support. I've stayed in many Philly hotels, some great, others fine, this is the only one I've said I wouldn't recommend it at all. "

"If you have kids under 21 you cannot entire. Only place you can eat is The Prime Ribs restaurant. So we had to do take out at Luk Fu Chinese food was average no taste on the noodles. You have to go somewhere else to eat. "

"Carpets very warm, toilet seat broken & not repaired, laundry machines broken had to travel 0.7 mi to do one load, and room was not properly cleaned. We found clothing & food crumbs under the bed. Front desk member came up to clean the room. Front desk and concierge were great. Free water great and Christopher went above & beyond. Very safe area, good restaurants nearby, wonderful location, & convenient to many points of interest. Bathtub had 3+ chips in surface. Property needs better maintenance or attention to what needs fixing or changed out."
