He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and made me feel welcome from start to finish. Ivan was incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely kind. He took the time to recommend some great Casino’s and his suggestions did not disappoint. It really made my stay even better knowing I could rely on his guidance. "Always amazing. I love the location and facilities. Staff is always so polite and accommodating. The staff on the breakfast is so nice. It just starts my day off right. I pay a bit more as it’s a higher end hotel but yes I’m ok with that knowing I’m safe and in a clean quiet room. "

"The toilet was just used with remains left in it as well as a dirty towel on the bathroom counter. The bed comforter was covered in stains as well. I was also double charged for my room without given any information from the front desk employee who did not understand English well. "

"This is a charming hotel right in the midst of Old Town. There are tons of restaurants within walking distance, there's a fun museum right across the street, and on Saturdays there is a farmers market across the street. The rooms appeared to be remodeled fairly recently - nicely done and very comfortable. We stayed in a queen suite. The bathroom was large and there was even a fairly large closet in addition to the kitchenette space with stovetop, sink and refrigerator. We only stayed one night, but it was nice. We did not have the breakfast buffet, but did enjoy the snacks and coffee in lobby/atrium area. Nice! BTW, it is also nice to have a free covered parking garage for your stay."
