"I really enjoyed staying here. The room was excellent, with a large, jetted tub. The hot spring tubs were amazing. Such warm, clean water! With no sulfur smell! The staff was very friendly, and there were some limited food options available."

"Great place to stay in Lava Hot Springs. Conveniently located with access to springs through their partnership with another hotel within walking distance and of course walkable to other springs options. Staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Rooms are very well maintained - includes AC window unit which was very useful in the summer time when we were there. Really nice stay here and would definitely come back - very quiet and well maintained property."

"The only small inconvenience is they will lock the doors if you’re late and you have to call the front desk number and someone comes from their house to unlock it. Everything else was nice."

"We spent one night at the Plaza Motel, on a road trip from Montana to California. The motel is what we expected: fairly basic, with parking right outside your room door. The room was clean and well-maintained though a bit dated. There was a coffee machine, microwave and refrigerator, which we had to turn on when we got to our room (it was a very small refrigerator so it got cold pretty fast). There are ice and vending machines. It looks like there are picnic tables and a grill on the lawn; we did not use them."
