"I stayed at this hotel for three days, from Friday, April the 3rd to the 6th, and my experience was extremely disappointing. One night around 10 PM, without any prior notice, the receptionist, Tony, suddenly turned off the lobby lights and yelled, “It is quiet time!”, leaving everyone confused and uncomfortable. At first, I thought he was just having a bad day. The next day, I discovered unexpected charges on my credit card. When I asked for an explanation, he was unable to clarify anything and even told me, “You are not listening,” which was very disrespectful. He completely ruined my stay. At one point, I needed clean towels, and he told me I had to personally bring my dirty ones to a bin near the lobby before he would give me new ones. Unbelievable. On Sunday, I saw more charges. A kind female receptionist tried to help but had no authority to fix anything. She told me to come back Monday to speak with the manager. I delayed my departure to 7:30 AM, only to be told the manager wouldn’t be available until 9 AM. I tried to explain the manager and he refused to help me. Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Stay away from this place."

"The hotel accommodations were lovely. It was very beautiful and had lots of great amenities. The only down fall was the parking situation. Having to get validated each time you came back and parking was not free. It seemed like a bit of a hassle for paying customers. But overall really good stay. I will return."

"I loved the hotel. The staff was amazing, the breakfast was hot and fresh, but the bed I had was horrible and rock hard. "

"No tv remote provided, when requested - had to wait till the following day and even then it seemed to be an issue. No body wash refill in the shower. Bed seemed as if someone had already slept in it and someone just pulled the covers on it. "

"Friendly staff, clean rooms, nice indoor pool. PS There is $100 deposit once you arrive at the hotel. It is $12/per day (you can come and go as many times aa you want). They deduct the parkinf from the deposit."
