Hotels in North Pole

"I have been staying here since i was a kid, loved it. The best thing was the pool...it was worth spending the money for the pool. But the past few times the water has been so cold. This place price gas gone up, even more expensive then Hyatt or Holiday. But still pay for the hope the pool will be warm once more. But hasnt been. The staff, love, always friendly and helpful. Enjoy the breakfast..one of the best. The cleanliness this best stay was horrible. Room doors were left open with bedding taken off left on the floor bags of trashed left un hallway all day and night. Not sure if cleaning crew went on strike but it was pretty bad. Hope things get better because we like coming here."

"Room wasn’t ready when the checking time due. Tv doesn’t have signals until I leave, it’s not fixed. Asking for refilling tea bag for two times . It’s never delivered "

"No breakfast. Rooms were very run down. The windows didn't block any cold air. The floor heat was nice in places where it worked, but mostly it didn't work. Didn't matter what the thermostat was set at the temp of the room didn't change. The run was pretty clean, just really old. Everything worked fine. "

"It did the job of needing a place to sleep and shower. It is a bit out dated and the breakfast did not have much variety. "

"The breakfast was far from fresh, eggs were dry and bacon tasted fake. Would liked to have seen fresh fruit and a yogurt bar. There was also no bar soap in the room "

"Very helpful staff, they were having issues with their heat/cool system but were very helpful and solved the problem. We would definitely recommend staying there."
