Bell
Boasting recreational facilities like Treder Park and Camp Little Bear Park, Bell offers a suburban retreat in Los Angeles County. Visit the historic James George Bell House, a museum and meeting place showcasing the city's founding family artifacts.

Vinvale
Vinvale's quiet residential streets offer a slice of authentic LA County living without the tourist hustle. While not packed with attractions, the nearby Bell Gardens Golf Course provides a peaceful escape for a leisurely afternoon. The neighborhood's Latino influence shines through in family-run taquerias and pupuserias where you'll find delicious, wallet-friendly meals. Getting around requires a car or ride-share service, as public transit options are limited. Budget travelers will appreciate the affordable accommodations in this suburban enclave, where single-story stucco homes with palm trees create a distinctly Southern California atmosphere. Morning roosters and evening mariachi music complete the genuine cultural experience.

Loews Hollywood Hotel
"Always a great place to stay"
Anaheim Majestic Garden Hotel
"This hotel is a good value for the price and very cute from the outside. For our short Disneyland trip it served its purpose, but keep expectations modest. The property is older, our room had a musty/mold-like smell, some areas didn’t feel particularly clean, and the toilet paper holder was broken. When I mentioned these things, one staff member reacted quite strongly and seemed frustrated that I hadn’t reported them sooner. I understood her point, but with such a short stay, we chose the park over spending our first night dealing with maintenance or changing rooms. I was simply sharing feedback. To the hotel’s credit, the manager later called and was very kind, waiving one night of parking due to the room condition, which I appreciated. One important warning: ask about parking BEFORE paying at the parking station. Apparently the station operates separately from the hotel, which was not clear to us. I paid $35 at the station and was then told the hotel would also charge $25 per night for parking. It took some back-and-forth before this was resolved. There were similar quirks with the shuttle wristbands. My daughters were initially turned away when asking for replacements we had forgotten in our room. I went in and they made an exception, but replacements may cost $15. The ATM was also down, so I couldn’t get cash to tip housekeeping without leaving the property. Overall, I appreciate the affordable rate and the manager’s efforts, but I’m not sure I would return."

"This is our favorite place to stay near Disney!!the breakfast is top notch before a long day at the parks. The walk to and from Disneyland is not bad at all."

Hyatt Regency Orange County
"This Hyatt location is my stay of choice whenever I am in the area. Our experience during our last visit was outstanding. We enjoyed the bar and restaurant where staff were friendly and ready to help. Everything from the bell service to the valet service was excellent. Can’t wait to come back again."
Holiday Inn Los Angeles - LAX Airport by IHG
"The room was nice and clean. Staff was friendly."
Sheraton Park Hotel at the Anaheim Resort
"We almost cancelled our stay here after some negative reviews, however after our 5 night stay to visit Disneyland I am pleased with our stay. Rooms were tidy and modern and air conditioning work perfectly. We didn’t upgrade to fireworks view as was often in the parks and had a lovely view of the pool. My only complaint is the lack of sun beds around the pool which was sometimes busy in the afternoon. It was a pleasant 10 minute walk to Disneyland (depending on traffic lights!) and had lots of options for groceries or eating out around the hotel."
Motel 6 Anaheim Maingate
"Pool needs to be maintained more. If you’re going to provide towels for the pool deck please keep them replenished. Our rooms phone didn’t work."
