"This property is a property that I stay at on a continuous basis when I travel to Cleveland. I never have any complaints only sometimes the property is booked and it becomes overcrowded with children. These children are always unsupervised. And they run through the halls. The breakfast is always fresh but again because of the crowded situation sometimes it becomes overwhelming. My biggest disappointment is the condition of the room. The tub had rust around the edges. The carpet seems to be wearing. And the floors in the bathroom around the edges are resting as well. Some of the rooms need serious updates or cosmetic updates. When it comes to the staff, I believe that if they’re going to be in hospitality field, the hospitality needs to be shown. When you walk in all you get is, how can I help you. The staff does not brand the hotel, by saying thank you for visiting or staying at the Embassy suites can I get you checked in today and checking out the stuff does not ask how was your day I think that there needs to be some education on how hospitality communication should come across and checking out there were 3 to 4 staff. Just standing at the front desk when I walked up to the just to check out all I got was how can I help you when I advise that I was checking out I was not asked. How was your stay henceforth this review. One last thing, Sunday morning, the main lobby, the lounging area, had trash everywhere. This should’ve been addressed at 7 o’clock."

"pool wasn’t functioning, didn’t say this anywhere online. we arrived at 4:10 to check in and didn’t get a room til 5:30 because they were still cleaning and behind, no compensation for this. bought breakfast at the time of booking for $6 a person i believe, then when we arrive to our breakfast they’re super rude and say it’s $14 a person and then because we arrived 15 before they close up breakfast they rushed us through the whole thing and made us take it to go…. very rude kitchen staff!"

"This is a very beautiful hotel. I make it a point to compare every hotel I stay at, and this one stands out. Allowing two dogs free of charge is a great bonus. The area is beautiful, and the lighting throughout the hotel is excellent—especially helpful for people with low vision. The hotel is ADA accessible, and the staff all have great attitudes and provide excellent service. The lobby is truly five-star, and the room is fabulous. I would give this hotel 5 stars. The only thing I noticed was a couch with some scratches that may need attention."

"I stay here for weekend work in Cleveland and it is perfect for me. There was no freezer in the fridge, I needed that, all rooms are different though. All my rooms have been very clean and comfortable. I appreciate the staff not pounding on my door for cleaning as I work nightshift and I sleep during the day. Friendly Staff! I also love that there are so many different choices for places to eat. Also there is a Walmart/Dollar General and Dollar tree nearby. Among others. Great Area!"
